قطعي الموز، ضعيه في الخلاط و ضعي عليه اللبن، الكريمة، مكعبات الثلج، وجوز الهند المبشور
اخلطيه جيدا حتى يصبح القوام سائلا.
ضعي الخليط في أكواب التقديم وعليه شرائح جوز الهند
ضعيه في الثلاجة وقدميه باردا.
